Meet your Course Instructors
Yichao Rui, Ph.D., Director
Farming Systems Trial
Rodale Institute
Yichao is a soil scientist with a focus on improving soil health and environmental quality in agricultural systems through regenerative practices. Yichao oversees the Farming Systems Trial, in addition to supporting other projects at Rodale Institute. Yichao holds a B.S. in Biology from Nankai University and Ph.D. degrees in Microbial Ecology and Soil Science from the University of Chinese Academy of Sciences and Griffith University.

Dr. Stoll is the co-founder of The Plantrician Project, The International Plant Based Nutrition Healthcare Conference, The International Journal of Disease Reversal and Prevention, and the Regenerative Health Institute, a unique collaborative project with the Rodale Institute that integrates a regenerative vision for human health, agriculture, and the environment. He is a member of the Google FoodLab, serves on the advisory board at Whole Foods for their healthcare clinics and served as a member of the Whole Foods Scientific and Medical Advisory Board. Dr. Stoll is the Chairman of the board for The Plantrician Project.

Emily is responsible for all program activities developed to assist farmers across the United States with their transition to organic and regenerative organic agricultural practices and help to bring them in compliance with USDA-NOP regulations and processes. Emily obtained her B.S. in Environmental Resource Management from Penn State University, is a Certified Crop Advisor and IOIA Certified.
